Unity成立中国合资公司这个事情写几句：

1、其实这个deal去年就开始谈了；诱因是去年一众所谓元宇宙相关的游戏概念的新公司拿了茫茫多的钱，估值都是几亿美金……

2、那一批公司里的代表就是YAHAHA，一个还没上线的游戏UGC平台就5亿美金了，投资人半年哐哐哐连着投了三轮，而YAHAH的团队其实就是Unity中国出来的；

3、去年到今年，Unity的股价经历了从450亿美金跌倒300亿美金，300亿美金徘徊小半年然后几个月涨到700亿美金，再从700美金一路跌倒今天150亿美金；

4、其实公司业务面本身没有什么太大变化，股价的巨幅波动基本等于市场情绪；而在这种情绪之中谈业务分拆融资，其难度可想而知；

5、今天新闻曝光的7个投资方全部是战略，没有一家是财务基金（不确定是不是没有pr）；本质上是一个"交朋友"的deal，所以价格反倒没有那么care了，最后还是10亿美金成交；

6、阿里、字节、米哈游都在，腾讯呢？搁2年前我觉得腾讯咋的都会参与一点，但确实今时不同往日；对于腾讯而言，已经有了Epic不少股份的前提下，没必要再折腾了，多一事不如少一事；

7、最后的方案里，Unity母公司还是新成立的合资公司大股东，这其实也算不上Unity中国区拆分独立，就是拉些"合作伙伴"放点钱，没多大意思……
